A slice of peace
We often feel that we have to go to a peaceful place to really chill out and de-stress, which can make it feel a long way away and unobtainable. What if that feeling of peace was within you all the time, and you just need to know it's there?

My 'Slice of Peace' exercise is less than 5 minutes long and demonstrates how that sense of peace is always available, even for a micro-moment. If you take a moment to notice the 'qualities' of that feeling you'll see it's a really creative, energising place where you tend to see things more clearly and have insight.
All the more reason to try this and remember that you don't actually have to physically go anywhere!
